After recent months and months of calf, ankle and heal pain, Jody you gave me simple instructions to stretch AFTER exercising, roll a ball on the bottom of my foot while relaxing and stretch those muscles regularly. Since your advice I have had no toe cramping, heal spurs or spasms in my Achilles. Thank you! Your common sense, simple solutions made this old body good for another 100,000 miles!
Yes, I had a great time in New York. I was in pain often but the stretches you taught me saved the days!

Jody’s Start Up Package was a great experience. She understands the physiology of older bodies and adapts her methods to provide a good workout that makes a difference without causing injury. Hi Jody, To all your clients and friends who may be suffering needlessly with knee issues. My physio stuck a piece of tape to my knee to keep it tracking and it works so well, I did a 3 hour hike on Friday and then later, joined a group of dragon boat paddlers. I am so happy! Hurray, good to feel good.
I recently injured my knee and didn't know what exactly was wrong or what to do about it. Jody told me what she suspected it could be, using the medical terms of the specific body/muscle parts I probably injured and how, and then we did some stretches to help ease the pain. The next day, everything Jody said and did was confirmed by my physiotherapist! Jody knows her stuff!!
